Is there a free trial?
No. The free morning weather email plays that role, and it stays free for ever. The premium plan starts as soon as you pay.
Am I tied in?
No. The monthly and annual plans renew automatically, but you can stop the renewal in one click from your account, and you keep access until the date already paid for.
What happens if my payment fails?
We let you know by email and you keep access for seven days, giving you time to pay from your account. Nothing is lost.
Can I change my days and times?
Yes, as often as you like, from your account, without contacting us.
What if I move house?
You change your town from your account, and the next bulletin is calculated for your new address.
